Pricing ✅ Standard Mediation Session $400 total for a 2-hour session (usually split $200 per party) Includes preparation, mediation time, and a written summary or agreement if reached ✅ Additional Time $100 per hour (if the session runs beyond the scheduled 2 hours) Please note: Payment can be made in full by one party or split between both parties before the session. Additional time or services (like extended agreement drafting or follow-up sessions) will be billed separately. Outside of the U.S. Clients. We are committed to making mediation accessible and offer reduced rates for clients in financial need or low-income regions. Please contact us to discuss a custom rate. If your case involves more than two parties or requires special arrangements, please contact us to discuss a custom fee structure. How We Offer Mediation At Neutral Grounds Experts, we make the mediation process clear, accessible, and supportive from start to finish. Here’s how we work with you: ✅ Step 1: Initial Contact (By Email Only) Please contact us by email at [info@neutralgroundsexperts.com] to briefly describe your situation and request mediation services. We do not handle inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, or social media to ensure clear, official, and confidential communication. Consultation is free for up to 30-45 minutes ✅ Step 2: Scheduling the Session Once all parties agree to mediate, we schedule a virtual mediation session (usually via Zoom or another secure platform) at a mutually convenient time. In-person sessions may be available upon request, depending on location and mediator availability, and may involve additional costs. ✅ Step 3: Mediation Session A typical session lasts 2 hours. We provide a confidential, neutral space where all parties can share concerns, explore options, and work toward a fair and lasting resolution. If an agreement is reached, we prepare a written summary or agreement for you. ✅ Step 4: Additional Time or Follow-Up If your case requires additional time beyond the initial session, we offer extra hours at $100/hour. Follow-up sessions or check-ins can also be arranged as needed. If you need a second extra session, we offer a discount session at $150 an hour. In-Person Mediation (Upon Request) While we primarily offer virtual mediation sessions for your convenience, in-person sessions may be available upon special request.
